Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Before Scheduled Service Full Refund Clients may be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email, text, invoice message, or another written form accepted by AudioCanvas. Approval of a full refund is still subject to reasonable discretion by the servicer, including but not limited to processing fees, preparation time, custom work already started, or special circumstances related to the booking. 2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours 50% Refund If a client cancels 48 hours or less before the scheduled service time, the client may be eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% may be retained by AudioCanvas to cover reserved time, scheduling loss, preparation, administrative work, opportunity cost, and any work already performed. All refund approvals under this section are subject to the discretion of AudioCanvas. 3. Refunds After Services Are Provided Once services have been provided, completed, delivered, started, or made available to the client, refunds are not guaranteed. After services are provided, any refund granted shall be considered a partial refund only and shall not exceed 50% of the amount paid. Post-service refunds are granted solely at the discretion of AudioCanvas and may depend on factors including but not limited to: Amount of work completed Time spent on the project Files delivered Client communication Revisions already provided Usage of delivered materials Nature of the complaint or issue Whether the client has violated any agreement, license, or usage restriction AudioCanvas reserves the right to deny any refund after services have been rendered.
